i was suppose to make a doctor appointment, and i was freaking out because my father said i needed to “grow up” and “be independent” but i have terrible anxiety for making phone calls… so i postponed it for weeks, until i decided to check on the off chance there was a way to do that online and i found my HMO’s website (which i didn’t know even existed) and like???? i just had to???? click on the doctor’s name????? and pick from a list of times???? and that’s it???? seriously that was such a relief….
