Do you ever thing that sometimes Cyclonus just gets down on
his knees and hugs Tailgate. Like
really hugs him and keeps him close.
He buries his face the best he can between Tailgate’s head and shoulder, just
taking a deep breath and soaking up his mini who is happily hugging him back.

           Its the
kind of hug that lets Tailgate know Cyclonus is glad he is there, with him,
right then, and that he can’t really say it as he’s not good with words like
that so he just has to show it.

Maybe it’s just my shipping mind, but i’d like to point out that cyclonus put tailgate dying from cybercrosis before almost eveyone else dying from the killswitch…

YES ALSO I seem to remember in one issue (maybe even during Remain In Light?) he had a line that was something like “we need to find Tailgate and the others” like singling TG out first again, when there was actually no real need to and just. it’s really subtle but there’s these constant little indicators of how much he cares and I love it. 

Whoever does the Japanese translations for IDW (which I’d LOVE to take a look at the honorifics from) had better be using ‘Tailgate-tachi’ of ‘Tailgate to minna’ when Cyclonus refers to a group…

Let there be no doubt in anyone’s mind that Tailgate means more to Cyclonus than literally anyone else they have known since coming back to this universe ❤
